Kijac Njivice Beach is a beautiful pebble beach located in the small town of Njivice on the island of Krk in Croatia. To ensure you have a pleasant stay and to prevent any misunderstanding, please read the house rules. If the guest will not behave according to our house rules it will be asked to leave apartment without money returnment:
CHECK IN
Please follow the instructions upon arrival
- Upon arrival at the apartment submit your ID card or passport for registration at the Tourist office
- On the day of arrival guest is obligated to pay rest of the amount of total reservation price (in the case of direct reservation)
- Persons who are not guests of the rented accommodation are not allowed to stay overnight or to use the inventory without the permission of the host. If you are absent for more than 2 days, please notify the host
- Guest should inform host about time of arrival, otherwise guest should check in after 14:00 and before 18:00 odation are not allowed to stay overnight or to use the inventory without the permission of the host. If you are absent for more than 2 days, please notify the host
CLEANING
Please follow the instructions upon arrival
- Bed lines and towels are included in the price and they are changed every 7 days
- The owner is not required to clean and tidy apartment. During your stay, you are obliged to keep apartment clean and in order. Please take out garbage form the apartment every day
- The owner has no rights to enter the guest's apartment without advance notice or permission, or touch and use the guest's personal things. The owner may enter the apartment without the presence of guest only when there is reasonable suspicion that the guest house or property is in danger, and when there is a reasonable suspicion of violation of house rules
- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment
- It is not allowed to take in the apartment flammable and explosive substances and substances with strong or unpleasant smell
- Please take care of the rented apartment, switch off electrical appliances and taps. Especially do not leave air conditioner on while you are not in the apartment or use it with open windows and doors
- When leaving the apartment please close all doors and window sin case of storms, lightening, or draft to prevent the loss
- Guests who intentionally or unintentionally cause damage will pay the full amount of damage to the host. It is not allowed to remove furniture and equipment without special permission. We ask for responsible behavior and handling
TERRACE
Please follow the instructions upon arrival
- The noise is not desirable in the house and at the terrace, especially during the night rest from 22:00 to 8:00
- Please collect all your personal things from the terrace when you are not using it
- Please do not leave kitchen utensils, pots, cups and cutlery at the terrace. You should return it to the apartment after usage
- Please do not leave garbage at the terrace
CHECK OUT
Please follow the instructions upon arrival
- We kindly ask you that on the day od departure leave the rooms until 10:00 so that it can be cleaned and stored for other guests who come after you and have a right of entry at 14:00. Keys must be returned at the end of the stay
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
Please follow the instructions upon arrival
- When every reservation is made the host or agency (booking.com, airbnb, wimdu, flipkey etc.) will send to the guest itโs cancellation policy. Please read it carefully
- The host is not responsible for public areas (beach, harbor, road etc). The host is responsible of his house/apartments (private property) and his behavior.
- The guest is obligated to read and to research Njivice, and island Krk
